By purchasing from Lucky Bursts, you acknowledge that each Mystery Burst contains at least one item. The number of items  are chosen based on the number of Bursts purchased. While item styles, colors, themes, and varieties may differ from order to order, every purchase includes the number of items stated in the product listings.

Due to the customized and surprise-style nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Item preferences and special requests may be considered but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the listing.

Lucky Bursts is designed to provide a fun and exciting unboxing experience through curated assortments of products. Variations between orders are intentional and part of the themed experience.
